Announcing Updated Postman Plans and Pricing
The foundational belief at the heart of Postman is as clear today as the day we started the company: We believe that your API workflow can always be made faster, smoother, and simpler. And we’re relentlessly pursuing improvements for you based on this belief by releasing product updates at a crazy pace while continuously listening to your feedback across Twitter, GitHub, and our customer success and support teams.
Along with this relentless drive to improve the Postman product, we’ve also seen some fundamental changes in what our customers need from us. Originally, Postman was a product designed for individual developers; as usage grew, we had more and more teams and larger businesses and enterprises who were using Postman to collaborate across functions, across organizational boundaries, and across the entire API lifecycle. This has really pushed us to expand the definition of what Postman is, going from being a tool for individual developers to also being a place for collaboration across large teams. As a result of this shift, we’re offering new plans to help organizations scale, grow, collaborate, and securely manage hundreds of Postman users.
Today we’re announcing a new structure for all of our Postman plans and pricing that’s more precisely aligned with the existing offerings we’ve built and the roadmap features and capabilities that we’re working around the clock to develop for you.
But first, we want to be perfectly clear about one thing: we will continue to offer the popular free version of Postman, and we’re always working to update and improve it.
That said, here’s a quick summary of the updated structure, with new plan names and prices that will go into effect on February 1, 2020 (more plan details are in the table below):
- Postman Team: $12/month per user, billed annually ($15/month billed monthly)
- The Postman Team plan has a set of features and capabilities optimally designed for 1-19 users
- Postman Business: $24/month per user, billed annually ($30/month billed monthly)
- The Postman Business plan has a set of features and capabilities optimally designed for 20-99 users
- Postman Enterprise: Email us for pricing
- The Postman Enterprise plan is a customized offering with a set of features and capabilities optimally designed for 100+ users
Again, alongside these new plans, we will continue to offer the free version of Postman.

Hi guys, I get a message that my current postman plan, will not be auto-renewed. Could you please let me know how I re-activate the auto-renew?
Hi Xavier, Please contact our support team at http://www.postman.com/support and they’ll be able to help you.🙂
I am now locked out of the Postman application completely, because I am a member of a team that is oversize for the Free tier. I can’t even use personal collections. What a ridiculous situation. I’ve switched to Insomnia until this is fixed.
Hi Adam, We appreciate your feedback, and this is an issue we are working to fix. For now, you can go to “Manage Team” and remove yourself from the team, which should give you full access to the app from your personal account again. Please contact our support team here if you need further help.
